I was fortunate to stay at the hotel last weekend. I have traveled all over and it is truely first class all the way. The rooms were huge and beautiful. Not to mention the architecture. We had breakfast at the grill and it had both delicious & unique choices. I can't wait to return when it is fully completed.

Liked the story. If you are looking for some ideas of where to go paddling in the Hill Country we have several suggestions on the website. Just go to the pull down menu up in the banner and select kayak trail under activity. Have fun. http://hillcountryoutdoorguide.com/

Alright. We printed out all the names of those who submitted their best band/performer and just drew one, so we have a winner. Kirsten Allen. Please send your mailing address to: TRV_TxHwys_Editor@txdot.gov.

Ah yes, Stevie Ray Vaughan. Maybe it's because I didn't specify "of all time." :) But that could open it up for lots of other Texas music legends. It just proves my point, though Texas has been, and continues to be, rich with talent. There are SO many worthy bands out there deserving our attention and support.
